Nano Materials Dispersion Business Unit
The Nano-Materials Dispersion Unit [Nano-mat] is the primary business unit for IPRUS and represents the majority of our business dealings to date. By the end of 2013, Nano-mat will deliver over 80% of our total revenue and will continue to be the primary driver for our business for the short to medium term.

The Nano-mat team draws its core strength and capabilities from the principal and founder Prof Azemi Samsuri who brings a unique blend of knowledge, research and practical application know-how to deliver novel solutions to problems associated with the dispersion of nano-materials in elastomeric substrates.

IPRUS will also be investing to increase its research capabilities in this area; in addition to partnering with academic and commercial partners.

Eco-Polymers Business Units
This business unit is geared towards developing and commercialising ecologically responsible polymers without comprising the primary requirement of performance.

With the continuously increasing use of polymeric materials such as Polyurethane [PU], IPRUS believes that it is crucial that we develop products that can be used sustainably for the sake of our future generations.

With this in mind, IPRUS is heavily engaged in research and development of these new materials. In addition to the unique chemistry, IPRUS has also taken this opportunity to develop this technology through its close coordination with academia and bringing this capability to industry.

Intellectual Property Business Unit
IPRUS believes in the creation, recognition and protection of know-how and technology. We also believe that all these are value addition only as part of consistent and holistic approach to an organisation’s corporate mind-set and strategy.

Efficient IP strategy and control will ensure optimised use of resources and also effectively identify any possible future impact from market and competitor activity. This is particularly important in today’s fast changing technology hungry world.

Without this fundamental understanding, an organisation will be left vulnerable in protecting its most important asset; Knowledge.
